thats how it feels…actually it was not..

it was2 weeks..hahha..

tomorrow oready 31 jan 2010, there goes a month of this year.

a lot of things happen. trying to recall makes me wonder which one of them bother most. to really think about it, non has come to mind.

at a time, it feels worst. now, no more. they all in the pass.

to walk through that period was a pain. and it hurts.

afterall, im still standing. and i really appreciate my self.

tomorrow i will oncall again. im scared.

leaving them in discomfort.

i cant help it. what i feel usually reflect fast. dont like it but still don wanna be there.

say, i shud control emotion n not to let it shows infront of others even its their doing that sparks the uneasiness. shud control the heat n temper. shud deligate smoothly n not to hurt others even im hurt.

duhh.Period.

sekejap je habis sehari lagi masa. hari ni dah 2 jan 2010. masihi bertukar lagi. esok ahad adalah har bekerja di pantai timur. jika di pantai barat esok masih lagi cuti, seperti kawan sekelas ku hifzaila yang sangat seronok cuti jumaat memanjang…hmmm….best nye..

tapi berbeza sangat jadual kerje kite dari segi masa terutama nya.

takpe, cabaran dlm bidang masing2.

sebenarnye masih lagi bergelut dgn keutamaan agenda peribadi. dlm masa sama yg tetap berjalan ialah kerje.

masih belom seperti teman2 lain yg dah hampir separuh jalan sambung belajar. aku masih bertatih..

lewat tahun lalu..err 2 hari lepas…byk cakap2 pasal kawen.. semua org dok cakap pasal kawen n jodoh n bla bla bla….

bile cakap pasal kawen, semua orang akan senyum sampai ke telinga.. tak kire siapa..tua muda kanak2 dewasa hatta yg dah tua sangat pon tetap sama respon nye bile sebut pasal kawen. senyum sampai telingee..

itu la kata2 mak…

kalau x caye…awak yg tengah bace ni pon dok senyum jugak kan… kekekeke…

hmm…back to the title. i woke up in the middle of the night because of pain. i have this pain before i go to sleep.its 230am now. the pain mainly at the nose, throat,eyes and ears. it feels itchy and hot and burning. my nose block and watery, accompanied by lots of sneezing. my eyes burn, it become red. my throat feels hot and burning. it sores. thats where the name came from.The sore throat.

in medical, the sore throat is called acute pharyngitis. hence the name, it imply sudden onset of inflammatory reaction in the pharynx. this reaction is part of our body immune system to protect us from the pathogens which could be viral or bacterial.

most common cause is viral, from the adenovirus group.

like what i mention above, infected person can have sore throat and fever. The itchiness and watery nose and sneezing are also part of the manifestations.

inflammatory reaction will cause our body to produce histamine which cause changes in the system, particularly at the infected site.

the treatment is symptomatic relief to the patient. antihistamine, anticongestion, steroid if necessary.

the course of the condition is self limiting.

however, if it involves a more persistent and severe pharyngitis, it could be due to bacterial infection. Thus, will need of antibiotic treatment. usual bacterial is streptococcus, staphylococcus and H.influenzae.

advice: rest.drink alot of water.avoid close contact to prevent spread of infection (by body fluid and air droplet : sneeze,cough,towel)

this is my first 24 hours of the sore throat. it feels miserable and painful. Allah The Almighty, im Your very weak servant, please eleveate this pain from me. You are The True Healer of disease. Amin.

it all so fast, when i look at my post calendar..its so obvious.

hmm..what scares me most is that, what have i fulfill with my time. what have i accomplish. is it beneficial or is it bad.

on top of it, i hav my big exam coming. so big. its like a gate to a next level of journey. Trully, it all happen so fast that i think now i havent really fill in my time with what im suppose to do here most. To study.

it all so fast. october.november.disember.january.february now is ending… Oo Allah, help me….im scared.

im scared to loose the exam. im scared to loose everything i have now. im scared i have to undergo something unpleasant. im scared that i will regret later on… Allah help me…
